Rule 67
Performance Appraisal Period
(1) Every year, the employee must fill out his annual performance evaluation form and submit it to the supervisor within the 7th day of Shravan every year. After registering in the office in this way, the compensation for registration of the form should be given to the concerned employee.
(2) The supervisor should complete the assessment and submit it to the reviewer within the end of the month.
(3) Gazetted employees shall register their semi-annual performance evaluation form in the secretariat and submit it to the supervisor within the seventh day of January after the end of each half-yearly period. Within the next seven days, the supervisor shall evaluate the half-yearly performance evaluation form submitted in that manner and give feedback to the concerned employees. Gazetted employees should submit the annual performance evaluation form along with the semi-annual performance evaluation form to the supervisor.
(4) When evaluating the annual performance evaluation form of gazetted employees, the supervisor shall also take the half-yearly performance evaluation forms filled in accordance with sub-rule (3) as a basis.
(5) The reviewer should be able to review the performance evaluation form received according to sub-rule (2) and submit it to the review committee within the fifteenth day of Bhadra. The review committee should be able to review and submit it to the promotion committee before the end of the year. In this way, the secretariat of the review committee shall publish the details of the list of employees who have been evaluated by the review committee on its notice board and, if available, on the electronic information system (website).
(6) The promotion committee will not be forced to stop its work because the performance evaluation form of an employee has not been submitted or filed within the time.
(7) In accordance with sub-section (6) of section 32 of the Act, when registering the performance evaluation form after the time of extension, it can be registered in the secretariat within the said financial year.will fall If performance evaluation forms are registered after that financial year, such forms will not be recognized. However, the work performance evaluation for the year prior to the commencement of this rule must be registered and evaluated within three months from the date of commencement of this rule.
(8) If an employee does not fill the performance evaluation form for a year, he will be given fifty percent marks for the performance evaluation of that financial year.
(9) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rules (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5), an employee who has registered and submitted his performance evaluation form to the supervisor within the time period but has not been evaluated by the concerned evaluators within the time period. If the General Secretary discloses the reason, he can get the evaluation done by the current evaluator.
(10) The General Secretary shall be responsible for holding review committee meetings to evaluate the performance of employees.
